As Fuego evolved the companies products, services and offerings with technological advancements and adapting to meet customer demands, so did they lose sight of their original purpose and values. While growth and innovation are vital, the pursuit of progress unchecked, without grounding in a company's core identity led to a fragmented culture, disconnected brand, and a diluted customer experience.

I led a holistic rebrand and transformation initiative to reconnect the company’s evolving vision with its founding identity. The process combined brand strategy, digital identity redesign, and cultural realignment to ensure every touchpoint reflected a renewed sense of purpose.
